Shelby Twp. man accused of distributing child pornography

A Shelby Township man remains in the Macomb County Jail after he was arrested last week for suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography.
Nathan Dimitruck, 34, was arraigned Monday, April 6 in 41A District Court in Shelby Township on one count of distributing child sexual abuse activity and other crimes. Bond was set at $100,000 cash.
According to a news release, detectives from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (MACE) squad on Thursday, April 2 served a search warrant on a residence on the 48600 block of Rex Street, in the area of 22 Mile and Shelby roads. Investigators said Dimitruck was allegedly distributing the material from that residence.
He was taken into custody without incident, authorities reported.
